In features board view: scroll through features per release, not page

Since each release stands on its own, I would like to be able to scroll up/down (using the mouse wheel) to see more features on a specific release. this makes planning easier as i can drag and drop between releases keeping the view I want per release. For instance if a release has 4-5 features, scrolling down on another more populated release will cause these 4-5 features to disappear from view.
