When I click on a to-do item, the date is shown in the US format of mm/dd/yyyy, Ideally, the format should be shown using the date format as specified on the local computer.
In the UK, Australia, New Zealand and many other English speaking countries, the format of dd/mm/yyyy is typically used hence a format of mm/dd/yyyy is very annoying and extremely misleading.
Thanks Chris
That explains that, I should have dug a bit deeper. Please accept my apologies.
In Firefox (my main browser), my locale was set to EN-US but in other browsers it was set to EN-AU. When you install browsers, I was under the impression that it derived the locale from your computer settings. Alas no for Firefox. I added EN-AU as the default locale and it worked like a charm.
PS: Keep up the good work with developing the AHA product
Alan
The due date shown on a to-do is based on the locale that you choose under Settings -> Personal -> Profile. By default Aha! uses the locale that your browser sends, but you can override it and choose another locale on that settings page.
