I live in Germany, like to use my apps in US English, want the ISO 8601 date formatting (2017-05-31) and want a space as the thousands separator. It really sucks that there is only a "locale" setting which assumes I want to use a certain formatting just because I live in this country or speak the language.
Would ideally like it to be user a per user setting for global teams.
+1 for customising date formats in the system to support dd-mm-yyyy in our instance.
I would like to have the possibility to display dates in reports, or Gantt chart view in dd-mm-yyyy date format, regardless of the user's locale.
I would like to see date formatting be definable per report, particularly for custom pivot tables where the only option for displaying a release month is "2018-07". You should be able to state "Jul-2018", "July 2018" etc, and it should display that way for the report regardless of the user's locale.
Also the first day of the week should be changeable (Sunday makes just no sense. Why would I start the week with a day off? Business before pleasure!)
