Query string parameters to drive feature grid filters

Allow sharing of a feature grid (list of features) with filters driven by query string parameter(s) instead of fixed defaults. We use short links (go/ links) heavily in our organization and it would be very useful to have a single list view with different filters driven by query string parameter(s).

Today: https://secure.aha.io/bookmarks/feature_grids/{id}

Future: https://secure.aha.io/bookmarks/feature_grids/{id}?filter_release__eq={releaseName}&filter_component__eq={component}
