Enhanced Timeline Controls (Release)

1. This will be used to create a more visual roadmap.

2. Everyone will benefit from it especially Product Manager, Product Owners, Business and Project Stakeholders.

3. It should work in the same way as the newly added timeline control for Features. One should be able to use the timeline controls to easily create and filter releases and features by date range from the release roadmap rather than only features roadmap. 

Also it would be nice to represent weeks in the format - Week 25 or WK 28.
