In each individual idea portal there are a list of portal users. We would like to report on portal users across all of our idea portals at once. We would like to see which users input the most ideas and which users vote on the most ideas across all portals.
This would benefit me as I'm pulling our engagement numbers throughout the year. How many customers have been added to the portal? How many people have registered? What % of users are getting close to their voting limit? Right now, I have to pull this information for each portal, manually combine the data, and then I can get what I want. Having this ability would easily save me 12 hours a year.
Thank you for reaching out. As you mention, it is currently possible to create reports that show the number of votes or ideas per person, but reports cannot show those people who have no ideas or votes.
Could you share more about what you would do with that information and how it would add value for you? For example, would you reach out to these people and encourage them to share feedback?
The ability to report on p[ortal users within normal reporting such that the portal users can be the first entity reported on would be a massive benefit. This would allow users that haven't raised and idea or voted on one to be listed out.
I understand this is avail if you are an admin and can look at the portal config but we'd really like to be able to report on users and their creation + vote counts (as well as be able to drill down). Is there a timeframe for this? This is something that is big overall for us as we open up portals to partners
