Hello.
We have several workstreams collaborating to complete phases of work. So what I do is I define one to many features under a phase.
Each feature represents a workstream (I use the feature tag to define the workstream). I usually defne 1 to many To-Dos 'under' a feature. The drawback to defining To-Do's under features is that we lose the application of the Progress Bar for that phase.
I really think that my stakeholders would be over the top, if Aha! can propagate/automate the progress bar for the phase when the To-Dos are defined under Features. Please note that the Features defined are linked to the phase.
Thank you.
Great news! It is now possible to track progress on goals, initiatives, releases, release phases, master features, and features. The percent completed can be entered manually or automatically calculated based on related records and can be visualized using progress bars on roadmaps.
Check out the blog post for more details.
Yes, yes, a thousand times yes. This functionality is already provided for Phases and To-Do's. Providing the same functionality for Features would be huge.
Request: provide the same progress visualization based on To-Do's that is provided in Phases, in Features.
I would love to see some additional roll-up to the release, not just progress on related feature to-dos. For example, it would be particularly helpful if the release phase reported summaries like the number of features and their requirements, and also indicated that there are feature dependency relationships with other features.
