On premise version of Aha!

It's a non-starter for us. We simply will not expose our data in the cloud at no time. Great product, but unless it's available on premises, we need to look elsewhere. Sad...

Not sure I understand your stance. there are plenty of other tools that are both cloud and on-prem. we are looking to move off of Aha because you do not offer on-prem and we have no way to integrate with our on-prem tools and the safe guards and integration you offer to not fit our security requirements.

Ex. GitHub is offering on-premise and cloud. 

Same problem here. Cloud is not an option :-(

This would be a requirement for my company as well.  Our Security will not allow for sensitive data to be on hosted apps. In addition, we would want to integrate Aha with other tools we are using on-premise (e.g. JIRA).

We only offer Aha! as a cloud-based service. We have learned over the years that it is impossible to build a great on-prem and cloud service at the same time. We build SaaS. If that is a non starter for you -- we understand. If security is an issue which is blocking your organization from using cloud hosted apps, you should know that we serve many financial, health, and government organizations.
