Enable a quantitative way to record the fact that the same support rep got an idea from multiple customers, multiple times.

Often times, the same CS rep gets the same idea from multiple customers.
- The same person can't vote an idea multiple times
- Attaching issues or comments doesn't help the idea to get bumped to the top
- Asking the customer to go to AHA to vote is too inconvenient and not all customers remember to do that.
Aha should be able to capture that information and then be able rank ideas based on that input.

this would be very helpful for us as well as we're using an idea portal as an internal tool for tracking interest. I hadn't noticed the detail about only being able to vote once.
