Share screen mockups, conceptual workflows of planned features with our customers through a notebook

We share our roadmaps with our customers through notebooks. The customers want a view into functional design documents, screen mockups, conceptual user journey workflows to understand how we plan to develop a feature and be able to give us early feedback. They want to influence our development of the feature early in the process. Currently, there is no way to define a custom field under Features where one can upload files and that custom field can be exposed on a notebook that can be shared with customers.

Thank you for your idea. It is currently possible to add mockups and attachments to notebooks. When viewing the mockup or image, click the More options icon in the top right. There you will find the option to add it to a notebook.

Any further thoughts on this idea?

That option of adding the feature details page to a notebook is not good because if you have 50 features listed on the roadmap and each of them have a document, mockup, we will need to attach 50 pages to the notebook and it will be unwieldy to share with customers.

Please reconsider this idea of being able to create a list report or a roadmap report and have a placeholder for links to documents/files for each feature. User should be able to click on that link and view the documents.

Attachments and mockups do not show up in reports. However one other option here would be to add the feature details page to a notebook. The details page includes all attachments and they are actually clickable within the notebook. This allows notebook viewers to click and open the attachments as needed to view them. This includes attachments added to the description field as well as any custom notes fields.

Thanks. Is there a way to configure that "attachments field" in a report so that it is available in the notebook always and if there are attachments that column in the report shows with a link and if there are no attachments, that column is blank? I did not see this option when creating reports. I asked this question to Aha! support and they said that only a URL field can be added.
