Optional allow 0 results in report to be available

When you do a pivot report, only the people with totals > 0 are printed.

If we were able to optionally allowed to include 0, then we could see the list of people who have NOT added features say.

This would be useful to audit use of the system.

    Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time. We will continue to watch the idea for feedback.
