Reset Vote Count does not reset when a Merged Idea is Unmerged

When managing ideas, it was noticed that if an idea was merged in error, when that idea is unmerged the vote count of the idea it was merged into is not reset removing the merged votes. 

Now I have ideas with improper vote counts. This is causing our prioritization to become skewed and creates a false representation of which request our customers have truly voted up.
