Sum up vote count from merged ideas

When ideas are merged sum their vote count into the merged idea.

    Thank you for reaching out! When ideas are merged, the vote count will update to include all merged ideas. However, we do not duplicate votes from the same source; that is, if the same user has voted on multiple merged ideas, their vote will count only once.
