Financial custom fields should assume $#.## formatting

We just imported records by CSV, and one of the fields was a custom dollar-amount field. The import was successful but we noted three things:

  1. If the decimal ends in 0 (e.g. $120.20), the custom field chops that off so it looks like $120.2.

  2. If there are more than 2 digits Aha! will display all of them, e.g. $542.213325.

  3. If you format the cell in the CSV as "Currency" or "Accounting" the resulting import will be $0 in the custom field.

Expected behavior: If Aha! knows that a field is financial, it should assume two decimal points for all values, either rounding or adding zero(s) to fit that formatting.
