Ability to add/modify Dependency Types

We want to add a dependency type to show that a dependency is no longer needed. Unfortunately, we sometimes create dependencies on other product Roadmaps but then are unable to contact the owner to remove the dependency.

As a solution, we thought if we could change the dependency type to No Longer Needed (or something similar) it would document that it is not needed until the time that the owner of the dependent roadmap can remove it.
