Ability for automation rule to set Initiative status to Complete when progress of all features is 100% Merged

We drive our large projects using Initiatives and would like to automate the status of the initiative to be updated to complete when all of the included features are complete. We use the Progress bar set to Automatic on Completed Features so when this is 100% we would like to trigger the automation rule.
