Allow automation rules off of progress calculation

Initiatives, epics, etc. can derive real-time progress calculations from their child records. Would be great if we could set automations based on progress % complete against a point in time. Example rule: if initiatives are less than 70% achieved 1 month before their due dates, then move them to a status of at risk and notify Jane Doe.

We drive our large projects using Initiatives and would like to automate the status of the initiative to be updated to complete when all of the included features are complete. We use the Progress bar set to Automatic on Completed Features so when ...

Future consideration
we would like to create an automation rule to move a feature to 100% complete when the status of the feature moves to Done. This will improve our Epic progress calculations which are based on "Features", as we want that level of fidelity.
