Hello, we have this error coming from our server version of Confluence when using aha.io plugin to show reports:
UI within plugin: secure.aha.io refused to connect.
Chrome console: Refused to display 'https://secure.aha.io/session/new?requested_domain=**********' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.
We have been told by aha.io support that this is because aha does not support sharing reports that are not exposable publicly. For us it is not an option to have our internal reports publicly-viewable.
So the idea is:
either a) alter the message coming out in Confluence when presentations are not publicly viewable so that it is more user friendly
or if we are not in a minority with this issue b) to develop missing capability of sharing reports to Confluence without publicly-viewable setting.
Thank you for reaching out. This is the standard error message provided by Confluence when it cannot reach a web page. Could you check that the url is the report's shareable link? If you reach out to our customer success team (support@aha.io), they will be happy to help troubleshoot.
Hi, could you please re-consider this idea? It is more about enabling confluence sharing of internally secured reports rather then fixing the error message (I have adjusted the name of the idea accordingly).
it is a shareable link.. and I did reach out to support today :-).
