Allow features (and other records) to be merged just like how ideas can be merged Merged

Sometimes there are many similar defined features and one feature becomes the main one that moves forward and the other features that were defined become requirements or just get merged into the main description.

I don't always like making something a requirement though, because if there are ideas attached to it, or if it's part of some report, those connections all get severed once it is converted. I also don't like marking it as 'will not implement' because we are implementing it but as part of another feature.

Instead, I want to be able to merge it into the main feature just like how ideas work. The feature would show up as 'Merged' and show a link to the feature it was merged into, but retain all of it's original information (record links, comments, etc etc).

This would be most useful for me with features, but I could see it also being useful for epics and possibly initiatives
