Roadmap report with two levels of bars

We'd like to see initiatives AND features in a roadmap format (Gantt chart-style bars), grouped in various ways (by goal, or by assigned to, or some custom field). At the moment, custom roadmaps only show one level of bar (either initiative or feature but not both), and strategy roadmaps and Gantt charts don't allow grouping.
