Turn a features that have 0d's of effort into Stars

One roadmaps you can only display 1 record type on the bars. Often I want to show bars and milestone and cannot use Phases and milestones. To workaround this issue, we may put in features with 0d's of effort and start/EndDate. It would be great if we could have an option in the customise to turn 0 effort features into milestones dots/stars or a flag.
