Add support for Jira Portfolio "Team" field
Jira Portfolio adds the Team custom field to JIRA. This team is used in Portfolio for planning. Aha! should support mapping this custom field so that the assignment of work and resource planning can be synchronized between Jira and Aha!

This is a needed feature, and to add, the start and end dates are also needed for the integration
The Jira integration needs to include portfolio fields as well as standard and custom Jira field mapping
It needs to be part of the Jira integration and mapping and not a separate integration
