Add context sensitive menu (right click) to feature tiles in features board

When I first entered features, I soon wanted to link features (e.g. F2 depends on F1). I was surprised that there was no context sensitive menu for the feature tiles. It took me a while to find the action menu ( ... ) from the detail view of a given feature.

Providing the ability to manipulate and organize features without going to the detail view would be helpful.

It would also remove that disappointed feeling for a new user who expects a common experience.
