Introduce ability to filter on worksheets value fields in features

This idea is to introduce the ability to filter on worksheet value fields. Currently, when you write formulas as worksheet values you are able to filter on status, type or score. However, you cannot filter on the value of fields inside of the worksheet.

The particular example that I have is as follows: one could wish to include financial data for various years. They may wish to roll-up this data to initiatives or goals. These financial figures could start in different years - for example, 2019, 2020, etc.  The financial data could get mixed up since some people might add financial figures for the wrong years. One solution to this problem would be to add a field in the beginning of a worksheet with the starting year, and to add fields for year 0, year 1, year 2, etc.
