Better audit of activities

As an admin i would like to know when other admin grant for example "customisation" or "billings" rights to each people to improve control if multiple admins are working together - more than 4 admins (650users).

 

Current situation is that i can see in my activities that i change admin rights but it is impossible to filter it in activities - to check such activities from previous months.

      For example here. I can see that there was a change, but have no info what change (it was admin rights granted). It is also not possible to filter it into audit.
