AI Helper, When You Can't Figure It Out

What is the challenge?

There are so many nuances to using Aha; the way items must be linked; certain fields are exposed when others are used.

Aha is an increasingly complex software for us to use on a daily basis - and my colleagues and I find ourselves constantly going to each other for help...

  1. Why is my field not showing up in this report?

  2. Why is this item being displayed on the report when it shouldn't?

  3. How do I build this report? i tried, and it doesn't look how I expect it to look...

  4. Why does your feature have that field in the overview tab and mine doesn't....

  5. Why can I not move my feature from the "unranked list" to the prioritized feature list? It's blocking me from doing so.

What is the impact?

Troubleshooting why Aha is working in the way it is takes an immense amount of time out of my day - almost a part time job.

We have checklists and cheat sheets to guide folks on what to check for if you XYZ scenario.

Time building reports in Aha is taking time away from writing requirements, meeting with engineers, strategizing.

Describe your idea

As you consider the suite of AI tools you are going to build; consider an in-app agent that can troubleshoot with you. I should be able to ask the agent why might something be happening the agent should be able to scan my report and identify where missing links might be.

or even at a more elementary stage... the agent should be able to come up with a checklist of things I should check on to troubleshoot, as opposed to me bugging my colleagues for this expertise.
