Ideas Portal - Suggest similar ideas based on criteria entered by a user

What is the challenge?

As a product user that reviews Ideas posted by other users, we are often finding repeated ideas added by multiple users. (Users are not searching for similar issues to upvote.)

What is the impact?

Managing ideas is cumbersome and takes a lot of overhead to review and then locate the same or similar idea to merge. To review comments across all related ideas, you have to navigate to each merged Idea.

Describe your idea

Implement AI that will identify the same or similar Idea based on keywords the user is entering when creating a new Idea. This allows the user to more easily identify the potential duplicate and easily upvote or comment on the existing Idea and further decreasing the overhead to manage new and existing ideas.
