I would appreciate if the total number of ideas votes showed when you have multiple ideas merged together, this would save so much time! |

The primary idea shows the total vote count today. Merging ideas copies the votes and subscribers from the merged ideas to the primary idea. And the total vote count on the primary idea is updated too. If someone had already voted for both the primary idea and the merged idea, their vote will only be counted once.
