Sort first column when grouping records on the Now, Next, Later roadmap

What is the challenge?

On my Now, Next, Later roadmap, I've grouped records by Initiative. I see that I can sort the records within their initiative, but I don't see a way to change the order in which the Initiatives appear in this view - they appear to be sorted Alphabetically.

What is the impact?

My more important initiatives are lower.
