Create report showing changes in History Merged

What is the challenge?

Teams were not supposed to edit a Feature field and they did anyway. This reduced the total number of Features impacting a report, and we were not able to correctly report on the Features.

What is the impact?

The original report had 1700 Features which then dropped to 1400 Features without being able to track the changes.

Describe your idea

Similar to https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-3668 and https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/A-I-9704, while going a step further. Want to be able to create a report showing the 300 Features that were removed. It would be fine if this is an Admin only function. Jira has this ability and it's helpful.
