Freeze Panes in Tables on Whiteboards/Notes Merged

What is the challenge?

If we have a table in a Note or Whiteboard that is large, we need the ability to freeze panes, so as we scroll, are able to see the Column or Row (or both) headings

What is the impact?

We are having to scroll up or down too frequently for our users.
