Freeze the top (header) row of a table in descriptions

In a recent meeting someone shared a lengthy table and I had to scroll up to remind myself what the column headers were. It would be great if I could freeze the header in a table within a description field.

Spreadsheets allow the user to freeze the top row of a table so that as you scroll down, you can still see those header values. They also allow your to freeze the top column so that as you scroll over in a wide table you get the same benefit.

Anyway, for your consideration. Might be tough to implement, especially since tables nested in the text editor are not at all the same as spreadsheets that are their own record type.

Seems like the more strategic or widely applicable a table is, the longer it is. As my audience scrolls they (and I) lose track of what column tracks what metric. A floating first row would be wonderful.

I realize it's probably tough, like Austin said.
