Note publication and distribution by email on a schedule

What is the challenge?

I have a note that contains multiple Aha! views and is presented as a management report on the system to show activity, usage, voting, analytics on customer ideas. In order to view the report (e.g. Senior Managers who do not use Aha!), a user has to create an export to PDF and manually email this to the senior management group

What is the impact?

The process is time consuming and manual where automation and scheduling of content can be achieved within the reports -why not the notes?

Describe your idea

Implement the share as PDF (+ other formats) as a scheduled task where a user can define a schedule for production of a hard copy note (with its associated Aha! views and not links)
