Automate delivery of a Roadmap PDF export via the scheduled email function

What is the challenge?

I am bringing both Aha and Product Management into a new organisation that builds physical products, and is growing rapidly.

Presently, I need a way to bring a super simplified version of the roadmap feature delivery schedule to a wide audience in a non digital, and approachable format.

Many of my stakeholders (including those that pay the Aha bill!) are not yet ready or willing to invest time in learning to use Aha just to be able to get across the very high level roadmap. I also have many stakeholders in the manufacturing part of the business don't use computers regularly, so I need to meet their needs with a paper copy of the roadmap that can be printed by team leaders.

What is the impact?

If I cannot get engagement from these critical stakeholders, the science of Product Management, and the tools we use (like Aha!) will not flourish.

Describe your idea

We have an established practice of using congregation spaces to put A3 paper copies of critical alignment items for people to cluster around in the flow of their day. As such, I need to regularly distribute a PDF of the roadmap to various people and office locations, so they can put it on the wall. Currently, this means I need to manually export the PDF, and send it out to a list of recipients every few days.

I would like the "email schedule" feature to include an option for the email to send a configured A3 PDF of the saved roadmap to a list of recipients on a scheduled basis.
