Add PDF preview option to KBs

What is the challenge?

It can be helpful to share PDF with your audience/stakeholders for use cases such as:

• Forms

• Scanned documents

• Heavily formatted documents

However, these PDFs can't be easily shared in a KB today.

There is an idea to allow these PDFs to be attached to a note and downloaded in a KB, A-I-15891

but not to preview the PDF within the KB page:

What is the impact?

After the idea above is complete, the user would still have to download the document and leave the KB page to view it.
