Add custom record description to Releases Merged

What is the challenge?

Cannot add custom record description to Releases - yet can do other attributes

What is the impact?

Cannot provide guidance on what to populatein the Release Theme/description

Would like to be able to customise Releases much like we can already customise other record's description fields
