Add standard Key Results field on the create record view

What is the challenge?

The standard Key Results field is available for use in the feature record view but is not available on the create pop-up.

What is the impact?

Users need to be able to identify the associated Key Results at the create step so that they do not forget to align their work with these strategic items.

Because this field is not available on the create record layout, users have to take an additional step to add the key results once the record is created.

Describe your idea

Make they standard key results field available in all relevant view and create layouts.
