Ability to submit an idea within a category

It would be great if there was a button directly in the category window. Currently, we have an idea portal that combines multiple workspaces. And the user has to choose every time the Workspace, then the category, even if he/she opened that category already. Maybe, a button in the top right corner next to Sort by, Filter by in each Category would solve this problem
