Add ability to set maximum number of days for "Later" column on Now Next Later roadmap

It is helpful to be able to define the columns for the Now Next Later roadmap on a rolling basis, so the view is dynamic. Today, the definition for "Later" can be set to "x number of days and later". We'd like to be able to set an end date to "cap" the Later column, e.g. define the column as "75 to 365 days" so the roadmap will include anything planned within a year of today, but nothing further out than that.
