Allow users to add existing features to User story maps.

How should it work?

Steps

1. User on User story maps selects map to which they wish to add the feature

2. (new) user has option to add existing feature (so 2 options: new or add existing)

3. When selecting, "existing " user searches for story within workspace and selects one they want

4. feature displays in column where selected to add it
