Force rank epics across multiple releases

What impact would it make?

It would allow proper prioritization for roadmap grooming

How should it work?

It should allow you to categorize master features in some way not connected to releases, and assign the a rank that must be unique across all features in that category. I have have 25 force ranked features and need to move a one to the #1 slot, all other features in the category list would be moved to #2-#26.

This is critical for planning for feature sets that are large, that will be delivered across multiple releases. This master feature is still the top priority for the company, but it can't be released for several releases in the future yet still needs to be see along with all of the other smaller features being worked on at the same time.

    The prioritization page allows you to rank epics outside of the context of releases.
