Make the report folder organization similar to the "documents" section

What impact would it make?

It will allow to better organize existing reports, roadmaps, etc.

How should it work?

You should allow to sort folders, create subfolders, add icons to the folders, to easily navigate and through the reports. Also, would be nice to see in the report overview the access rights defined (share with option) and even users who can't access the file should be able to see it but disable, so they could contact the creator and ask for access.
