Fix a bug where logged work is copied to every time interval a story is estimated in

How should it work?

At the moment, if a feature has an initial estimate of 10 days, 5 in March and 5 in April, and you log 2 days in the middle of March, the report shows 4 days of work done, 2 at the start of each month.

Instead, it should show 2 days of work done in the middle of March.
