Team-specific scorecard guidance

Multiple teams use the same scorecard. Our teams have different criteria for each metric, so the metric description that is available for guidance is not specific enough. We would like to include a link for the records that we score to point to more specific guidance for that particular product team (represented as a workspace) so we can guide them on the approach that is applicable for them.
