Add Organizations to the dependency report

As a user of ideas advanced we make a dependency link ("Blocks") between Features and Organizations who depend on them.

We are looking to report on Features that have a dependency link to Organizations, but only with the "Blocks" dependency type.

The dependency report right now does not include Organizations as an option. List/Pivot can include the dependency we need, but not the ability to filter upon it. So the report we need is not possible
