Automatically place Feature into Release Phase within Gantt Chart Merged

When assigning the release phase to a Feature (e.g. 'relates to'), it would be beneficial to add that feature automatically into the appropriate position in the Gantt chart.

Also, if I drag a feature into a phase on the Gantt chart, have the Feature automatically contain the 'relates to' relationship with respect to the release phase its dragged into.
