Make linked idea more prominent in the epic/initiative record

To make the content of ideas that are the origin or epics/initiatives more accessible and transparent, it would benefit us to display the idea that is linked more prominiently, the way the promoted issues are displayed in ideas. Right now the idea is buried in the related tab and easy to miss. This is especially critical because a lot of the clarification back and forth happens inside the ideas commenting functionality before the idea is promoted, and while the description and scope is added to the initiative/epic, content is still overlooked.
