Filters are needed on prioritization page Merged

Our team needs to view filters on ranked items in the prioritization page. we can look at this same info on another tab via a list report, but we need it on the prioritization page.

We also perceive that ranks are not updated when the view is saved, why is this not updating as expected? We think all rankings should be written to if that ranking number is different as shown on that page.
