Maintain overall prioritization rank even when filters are applied in prioritization view

What is the challenge?

Right now, we have a filter on a dashboard that includes a prioritization view. When we include this filter, it changes the rank from 6 to 1. Our teams would like to be able to filter and still see the overall rank (6) instead of the filtered rank in order to more accurately understand the prioritization.

What is the impact?

Teams are not able to see the overall prioritization of their work when these filters are applied. I.e. if multiple teams use different filters, each one will have a different feature ranking as 1 when they are actually a 5, 6, etc.
