Fix keyboard shortcuts in Windows for whiteboards

Great feature! Have been using it quite a bit recently. I would love to see additional features added in the near future:

  • Ability to link an object to existing idea/epic/feature

  • Ability to use keyboard shortcuts (i.e ctrl c/ctrl v in PC)

  • Templates - to have the layout more flexible, for example user journey, can change the label names

    Hi Austin, thank you for fixing the issue so quickly. Just tried the shortcuts on my Windows PC and works as expected

    Hi there, thank you for your feedback! It is great to hear you have been enjoying whiteboards so far!

    I did want to point out a couple quick things:

    • It is possible to paste existing records into whiteboards. To do so, just copy the URL to the record and paste it into your whiteboard. This will create a special record card that is linked to the record. We also have a related idea here to be able to do this in bulk.

    • We will investigate the keyboard shortcut challenge on PCs

    • We have a fix coming very soon for the user journey map template to allow the labels to be updated more easily. Currently you have to reorder the shapes because the default layering is incorrect.
